Doctors, nurses fantastic.
Cleaners - 4 days toilet was not cleaned before that was a wipe with a cloth. Suggest cleaning program is checked.

Directed to a seating area by a well-mannered man.
Spoke w/a doctor of physiotherapy who listened to my concerns, my symptoms and gave advise and guidance to put my mind to rest.

The ladies on reception were friendly and polite.
Dr Kafafy was wonderful. He explained everything clearly and listened to my questions, answering them in a manner I could understand.
